Itinerary: In all cases, our visit will include: Fortress and Soldier´s Quarter, Plaza de los Aljibes, Wine Gate, Palace of Charles the V, Palace and Gardens of Partal, and Palace and Gardens of Generalife. And if your tickets include the Nasrid Palaces, we will include The Courts of Myrtles and Lions.

The Alhambra and Generalife Trust may alter the itinerary or exclude certain areas for reasons of organisation and/or preservation.

Full Itinerary:

Stop At: Nasrid Palaces. The three preserved palaces are: The Mexuar, the Hall of Ambassadors (Diwan) and the Court of the Lions (Riyad Al-Said). They were the residence of the Nasrid kings. Built in the XIV century. The different halls inside are called: Mexuar, Golden Room, Court of the Myrtles, Hall of Ambassadors, Court of the Lions and the christian rooms of Charles V.
Duration: 1 hour. Admission Ticket Not Included.

Stop At: Alcazaba. Military quarter of the Alhambra. It is the oldest part of the enclosure, with the famous Torre de la Vela built in the 13th century
Duration: 30 minutes. Admission Ticket Not Included.

Stop At: Generalife. Translated as "Architect's Garden". It is a rural village for the relaxation of the monarchs and agricultural exploitation. Built in the XII-XIV centuries.
Duration: 1 hour. Admission Ticket Not Included.

Stop At: Palace of Carlos V. Renaissance Palace, built as a symbol of imperial power. XVI century. Current headquarters of the International Music and Dance Festival of Granada.
Duration: 30 minutes. Admission Ticket Free.

Start time: the schedule will be adapted to the client's preference from 9:00h to 15:00h and will also depend on the entry time to the Nasrid Palaces.

Languages: English, Spanish, French and German.

Meeting point: Generalife, 18009 Granada - Main entrance pavilion. Esplanade. "Punto de encuentro/meeting point" signpost.

End location: The ending location will depend on the schedule of the visit, it could be at Generalife Pavilion or Carlos V Palace.

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
- Full name of all participants is mandatory.
- Cicerone must know the entry time to the Nasrid Palaces in advance, as to be able to plan the itinerary and meeting time with the guide accordingly.
- All participants must have their own ticket, including children. The Alhambra provides a free infant ticket for under 2 years old.
- This tour involves walking. Wearing comfortable shoes is highly recommended.
- We can adapt the visit to people with impaired mobility, upon request.
- Tickets cannot be transferred from one person to another.
- We use secure transmission, your personal information is protected.
- Immediate booking confirmation.

KNOW BEFORE YOUR VISIT:
- A current valid ID or passport is required for all visitors, including children. Otherwise a parent or guardian must sign a liability waiver. The Alhambra won’t accept photocopies.
- All reservations must include the name and surname of all participants.
- You can either present your printed or electronic voucher.
- Please note, the tour guide will arrive a few minutes before the tour start time.
- Prams or strollers are not allowed inside the monument, we recommend using baby carriers.
- Luggage or large backpacks are not allowed inside the monument.
- For those who do not wish to walk to the meeting point, we recommend using public transport, rather than coming by car.
- A mobile phone with a fully charged battery and headphones may be required.

Requests for cancellation or modification must be made through a message from the booking page MiReservaOnline.es.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the visit. After 24 hours, no cancellations, changes or refunds will be made.

Note: Cicerone reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary if necessary, due to unforeseeable or unpreventable circumstances.

Should circumstances beyond our control hinder in carrying out the visit in safe manners, we shall have the right to cancel. In case of cancellation by our end, the customer will be offered a full refund.
