- It is recommended to be at the meeting point between 5 and 10 minutes before the departure time. If the client is not punctual, he or she will lose the right to visit.
- The Cathedral of Seville does not allow figure-hugging clothes, halter tops, shorts or short skirts. Neither open-toed shoes or tank tops. So Granada Enjoy is not responsible for the non-admission to customers who do not fulfil this requirement.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation or modification must be made with a cancellation request message in the booking webpage MiReservaOnline.es, in order to have a written record of the date and time of the request.

The cancellation of a booking which is already confirmed, up to 3 days before the date of the tour, will be refund 80% of the price of the visit.

No refund will be made to the customer if the cancellation is within 3 days before the date of the tour, or if the customer does not turn up for the tour.
